Flower shop platform · v1
5 days · from zero to production
A flower shop that launches in days: storefront, admin roles, auto-replies, and orders delivered straight to Telegram.
Why it
was needed
Flower retail runs on minutes: the customer buys emotionally, the florist assembles fast, and the courier needs exact status. If that flow lives in chats and memory, revenue leaks.
Before the project, orders were spread across Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, calls, and paper notes. The shift did not see a funnel; it saw fog.
Agencies brought polished decks and 350k+ estimates, but not the answer the owner needed: how to get an engine that could launch a second shop tomorrow.
What shipped in five
days
The result was not a pretty flower page, but a compact commerce system: emotional storefront, admin panel, Telegram operations, and clear customer updates without manual chasing.
- I StorefrontThe first screen sells mood immediately: strong offer, soft visuals, clear catalog, no marketplace grayness.
- II Filament adminOwner edits products and prices, florist sees assembly, courier sees delivery. Roles keep work clean.
- III Telegram order botNew orders land where the team already works. Status buttons turn chat into an operations panel.
- IV Customer auto-repliesCustomers stop asking "what is happening?" because the system sends clear status updates.
- V Ready for v2The logic was separated so the next brand became configuration, not a new build.

I used to copy orders from chats into a notebook every day. Now I open Telegram and everything I need is already there.
